All right, let’s take another look at a recent delivery—this one went to Washington, D.C. Just like our other shipments, we included GPS tracking data, which is displayed on a map in the blog post so everyone can follow along.

The shipment began here in Atlanta at our shop. A little farther along, you can see one of the terminals where it stopped. In this case, it looks like it passed through the Forward Air terminal. As you zoom out on the map, you can follow the full route as it traveled north toward Washington, D.C., with each ping showing a timestamp all the way up to its last stop.

For privacy, we don’t display the exact customer delivery address, but we do show the final timestamp and delivery date so you can see when it arrived.

Below the map, we’ve included photos of the materials that were shipped—in this case, Ipe deck tiles. The photos show the boards before crating, since once the crate is sealed you can’t see what’s inside. We also included an image of what the crates look like, as well as a mobile screenshot showing how our customers view the live GPS tracking device from their phone.

To help customers understand the product better, we’ve added additional photos of Ipe deck tiles. While they aren’t from this exact order, they show what the product looks like once it’s installed.
