This profile is the standard for 12″, 16″ and up to 24″ Joist Spacing!

1×6 can be ordered with Side Grooves (for Clip Fastening)

and/or

Bottom Grooves (to accommodate for restricted air-flow below)

This profile can be used on all standard joist spacing!

5/4×6 can be ordered with Side Grooves (for Clip Fastening)

and/or

Bottom Grooves (to accommodate for restricted air-flow below)

This profile is commonly used for decking, fencing, privacy screens, and much more! 12″ and 16″ Joist Spacing is just fine for this profile, as decking.

1×4 can be ordered with Side Grooves (for Clip Fastening)

This profile is commonly used for decking, fencing, privacy screens and much more! 12″, 16″, 20″ or 24″ Joist Spacing is just fine for this profile, as decking.

This profile is also used when the area underneath the deck has restricted air-flow. In some cases, this profile may be less susceptible to cupping than the 1×6 or the 1×4.

1×4 can be ordered with Side Grooves (for Clip Fastening).

A very versatile profile used for Porch Decking, Siding, Ceilings, Privacy Screens, and much more! One notable feature of this product is that the joints do NOT need to land on a joist. The T&G nature allows joints to fall anywhere! Even between joists! This reduces waste, considerably.

You can also request a 3″ V-Groove T&G. This is a popular product for ceilings!

Again, a very versatile profile but, most commonly used as Porch Decking and Ceilings. One notable feature of this product is that the joints do NOT need to land on a joist. The T&G nature allows joints to fall anywhere! Even between joists! This reduces waste, considerably.

This can also be ordered in a V-Groove T&G. This is our most popular product for ceilings, by far!

While this profile can be used as decking (including grooved boards, for clip fastening) but it is most commonly used for Stair Risers. It has also been used for fence designs and pergolas.

1×8 can be ordered with Side Grooves (for Clip Fastening)

Bottom Grooves (to accommodate for restricted air-flow below)

This profile is most often used as skirting/facia. It comes in very handy for covering those unsightly pressure-treated joists and band boards. Remember to score the back of the boards with grooves, if you are installing this directly to a flat surface (like facia). It is recommended to set the facia off the joists, by utilizing furring strips. This will allow air to flow on all sides of the board, preventing cupping. This profile is the most susceptible to cupping so, ask your salesperson questions, if you are unsure!
