Here, at BWD, we are committed to providing only the HIGHEST quality materials to our customers. In order to do this, we have to segregate boards that don’t meet our (admittedly) high standards, from the highest-quality Premium boards. By doing this, we experience a higher “loss” of inventory than any other supplier in the industry. Sometimes, we donate to local non-profits. They can only take so much at a time. In other cases, we offer these “seconds and shorts” to our local customers, at heavily discounted prices. Typically, about half the price of retail. Since these “seconds and shorts” have proven to be useful for so many different projects, we are now publishing them on our website. In these bundles, you will find boards that are warped, twisted, bowed, water-stained, milling defects, and the like. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, each of these boards within the bundles have been meticulously video-recorded to show, with as much accuracy as possible, the condition of the boards.
