You will be asked to upload an image of the front of your check. If you cannot upload your image, please email it to your salesperson or to, info@bwdepot.com.

1. Make Checks Payable to, Brazilian Wood Depot
2. You May Indicate your Invoice Number on the Memo Line
3. Do NOT redact the Account Information; we are not able to process checks without these details
4. Take a photo (or scan) of the front of your check;
   • Be sure that the check is fully in frame of the camera; If either the left or right side is obscured, we will need another photo.
   • Please take the photo, from overhead, while the check is on a flat surface, and square with the camera, if possible.
   • Please do not let shadows significantly obscure the image or lighting.
