We do not list our products for sale, online. This goes back to our sales mentality, “If you get it right the first time, so do we!” There are product-specific limitations that simply cannot be effectively communicated through an online sales process. Certainly, we could sell more product by providing online purchasing options. But, by doing so, we would effectively be building a digital “wall” between us and our valued customers. We feel communication and building trust with our customers is more important than shortening the sales process, to a press of a button.
Since nearly every sale starts with a phone call, we keep our phones VERY close to us. Even after hours, sometimes. When you call us, we answer. If you email us, you’ll get a thoughtful response.
